FOOD AND/OR ARTS & CRAFTS

This form is strictly for you to request to be approved as a vendor at one of the Seguin Hispanic Chamber’s Fiestas or special events. Completing this vendor application request does not constitute a contract or convey that you have been approved as a vendor.

NOTE:

The Seguin Hispanic Chamber has vendors who have participated in our events for twenty plus (20+) years. They are given priority consideration in food choices. It is our practice not to have more than two vendors selling the same food item. This does not apply to items sold by arts and crafts vendors.

A designated committee of the Hispanic Chamber reserves the right to approve/disapprove all vendors and the food items to be sold by that vendor.

FEES:

Fees are not assessed until vendors have been selected. They may range from $100 to $150 depending upon the size of the space.

FOOD VENDORS


List your proposed food choices (strictly limited to 3 items). No tea, coffee, aguas frescas, soda water, etc. may be sold in any of the vendor booths.

ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS


Arts & Crafts vendors are not limited to the number of different items they wish to sell, except for items that make a mess such as silly string and confetti, etc. Please describe generally what types of arts & craft items you intend to offer for sale to the public in the space below:

Thank you for your application to be a vendor. Our next event is Fiestas Juan Seguin in June, 2015, in downtown Seguin, Central Park. If you wish to participate please return this completed form to the Seguin Hispanic Chamber as soon as possible. Our address and phone numbers are on the letterhead, page 1 of this form.
